Skate wheel conveyor

The gravity skate wheel conveyor is constructed from galvanized, perforated metal sheet that possess a thickness of 0

8mm. It is integrated with polypropylene wheels that are installed on a smooth surface steel axle that is -3mm in diameter. Accurately cut to ± 1mm, it is delivered cut and assembled to the length given by the customer. The holes are spaced in multiples of 16.5mm providing a 33mm distance between the wheels. Its wheels are bounded and require a distance of up to 49.5mm.

Composed of galvanised, perforated metal sheet with a thickness of 0.8 mm, with injected polypropylene wheels (polyethylene in the case of -30ºC) which are mounted on a polished steel axle of -3 mm diameter. Precisely cut to ± 1 mm, the material is always cut, mounted and delivered to the length indicated by the client.

The distance between holes is always multiples of 16.5 mm, so the minimum distance between wheels is 33 mm. With rimmed wheels, the required minimum distance is 49.5 mm. The 4 mm diameter hole used in the base, eases the later fitting of rivets and screws.

Skate wheel conveyor

The wheels are crafted from pure polypropylene for the purpose of avoiding breakage upon impact. The Ø3mm axles are made of stainless steel. In the base, there is a choice of holes to facilitate the evacuation of solids and liquids during the cleaning process.
