Dino-Lite introduces high resolution Edge digital microscopes

New top range Dino-Lite 7000 Edge series released

With the new 5 megapixel Edge series Dino-Lite is going to the next level of digital microscopy, after the introduction of the 1,3 megapixel Edge models.

With the use of the latest, cutting-edge optics, a brand new 5 megapixel sensor and several special features such as flexible LED Control (FLC), Automatic Magnification Reading (AMR) and full aluminum body, the Dino-Lite 7000 series is a marvel of technology and the best choice for the high-demanding professional. It offers superb image quality and color reproduction in a robust, compact and appealing housing. The Dino-Lite 7000 series is available in versions with long working distance (LWD) and with standard working distance.

The following models are part of the standard product line-up:

AM7115MZT – 5 megapixel Edge sensor, 20-220x magnification, polarizer, aluminum housing, Flexible LED Control (FLC), extensive measurement functions, calibration, and more.

AM7515MZT - 5 megapixel Edge sensor, 20-220x magnification, Polarizer, Aluminum housing, Flexible LED Control (FLC), Automatic Magnification Reading (AMR), extensive measurement functions, calibration, and more.

AM7115MZTL – Long Working Distance (LWD), 5 megapixel Edge sensor, 10-140x magnification, polarizer, aluminum housing, extensive measurement functions, calibration, and more.

AM7515MZTL – Long Working Distance (LWD), 5 megapixel Edge sensor, 10-140x magnification, polarizer, aluminum housing, Flexible LED Control (FLC), Automatic Magnification Reading (AMR), extensive measurement functions, calibration, and more.

The adaptable and exchangeable caps provide for even more flexibility in use for all kinds of applications. By removing the end cap, the full range of magnification can be used or more working space can be achieved. A closed cap is included for protection of the lens in dusty environments or when working with liquids and a diffuser cap is supplied to evenly spread the light on the object.
