With the Series 80, DOLEX offers a range of vices made in France, developed to meet the requirements of professional use.
The range consists of 4 sizes (85, 86, 87, 88) covering a wide spectrum of applications. It adapts to different working environments, with opening capacities of up to 240 mm and clamping ranges compatible with many workpiece configurations.

From the very first uses, the clamping mechanism stands out for its consistency and reliability. The drop-forged main screw with trapezoidal rolled threads ensures a progressive and controlled transmission of force, providing a constant clamping feel. The backlash adjustment spring ensures immediate and regular opening of the vice, making repeated operations easier and enabling smoother, more natural handling.

But the real strength of the Series 80 lies in its adaptability. Tubes, profiles, complex parts: whether cylindrical or prismatic, the incorporated pipe-grip equipment allows efficient clamping of all shapes, without additional accessories. To go further, the 4 brass adjustment screws allow precise jaws parallelism adjustment and compensation for wear.
Result: consistent and reliable clamping.

In terms of robustness, every component is designed for durability.
The manganese-steel prismatic slide ensures stable and precise guidance, even under repeated use. The drop-forged front part provides strong mechanical resistance, while the renewable inserted jaws made of case-hardened chromium-molybdenum steel ensure reliable performance under intensive clamping.
The assembly is completed with a machined anvil, ideal for quick additional operations directly at the workbench.

And because a tool must adapt to your way of working, the Series 80 is available with or without swivel base (T = with swivel base) and compatible with a wide range of accessories: steel jaws, copper jaws, magnetic jaws…
