The fast, versatile BitJet+ v4.5 printer provides the perfect solution for in-line digital printing for use on high speed web or sheet printing presses, folders, folder gluers, rewinders, plastic card, polywrapping and bindery lines.

Operating at linear speeds of up to 800m/min (2600ft/min), with a standard print width of up to 54mm (2.13”), print resolution from 60dpi to 240dpi is achieved. Uniquely the print head can be rotated to select up to three different print widths for improved resolution and higher print density.

With its compact print head, the BitJet+ can be easily integrated into the smallest spaces within your existing production equipment enabling you to offer your customers the added value capability of variable data printing.

Even when operating at the speed of the fastest web presses, the BitJet+ can print addresses, barcodes, 2D codes, QR codes, personalisation, promotional games and graphics onto all media types with no extra drying equipment or line modifications.

The BitJet+ uses binary continuous technology developed by Domino with fast drying inks that have excellent adhesion properties even on aqueous and UV coated media, plastic cards and polythene wrap.
