Common fault judgment methods for high temperature aging chambers

High-temperature aging chamber equipment has a long service life, but in the long-term use process or operation errors, it will inevitably lead to equipment failure. ITM-LAB will share with you the common fault judgment methods of high-temperature aging chambers

1. Observe whether the indoor circulating fan is working normally. If it is burned out and does not work, the evaporation will not evaporate normally, so it cannot cool down.

2. Determine whether there is the voltage supplied to the compressor, such as whether the AC contactor connected to the compressor unit is closed, whether the wire connecting the compressor is not broken or disconnected or is not well connected, and whether the voltage meets the rated voltage requirements of the compressor.

3. Judging the current of the compressor unit, the current must reach the rated current of the compressor. If the voltage is normal and the current does not meet the requirements, it means that the high-temperature aging chamber lacks refrigerant.

4. If the high-temperature test chamber is a cascade unit, observe whether both units are running. If one is not working, it should be stopped immediately for an inspection. Find out the cause of the non-working compressor and analyze it.

5. Observe whether the cooling fan of the condenser is working. Is the rotation of the cooling fan normal? When working normally, the wind direction should be blowing outward.

6. Determine whether the compressor of the high-temperature test chamber lacks refrigerant, and use the pressure gauge to observe whether the pressure after the compressor is started is normal when the equipment is working? Or feel the temperature of the high-pressure exhaust pipe of the compressor by hand. Normally, it should be very hot and hot. If it is used for dual-unit refrigeration, it is necessary to determine that the compressor lacks refrigerant.
