Test conditions: Well-packaged product samples, with a large enough area to impact the table.

testing method

The specimens are numbered first, and in normal placement, the top is 1 side and the bottom is 3 sides, and these two sides do not change at any time. Then make the smallest side of the carton joint facing you, this side is 5 sides, the opposite side is 6 sides, the larger side of the carton joint is 2 sides, and the opposite side is 4 sides. The drop order is: corner: 2-3-5 corner; edge: the shortest edge next to the 2-3-5 corner, the long edge again, and finally the longest edge; faces: 5 faces, 6 faces, 2 faces, 4 faces , 1 side, 3 side. The number of drops is generally 1 time. After clamping the sample, lift it to the required height and support it according to the predetermined state. Then release the product. When the surface falls, the maximum angle between the falling surface of the sample and the horizontal does not exceed 2°. When the edge falls, the angle between the edge of the sample and the horizontal surface does not exceed 2°. The specified surface on the test sample and the impact table The error of the included angle is not more than ±5° or 10% of the included angle (whichever is larger), so that the gravity line of the test sample passes through the dropped angle. The difference between the actual impact speed of the heavy vehicle line of the sample passing through the dropped surface, line and point and the impact speed of the free fall shall not exceed 1% of the free fall.
