NOWADAYS EXTRUSION BLOW MOLDING IS KEY PART ON SOME MEDICAL PRODUCTS
Inflatable cuffs on medical products
Super Jinjun launched a special extrusion blow molding machine. This machine is designed only for an inflatable cuffs by medical PVC or TPU. the follow medical products are more and more important for save people's life.
Anesthesia Mask
Anesthesia Mask Made from non-toxic, clear, medical grade PVC,With check valve,100% latex-free components,This products ancillary use with disposable anesthesia breathing circuit.,Non-reusable,single.
Anesthesia face masks are rubber or silicone masks that cover both the mouth and nose of the patient. Face masks are used to deliver O2, N2O-O2, and/or other inhalation anesthetics before, during, and after the anesthetic procedure. Because of the variations in the size and shape of faces, several different sizes of face masks should always be available. But now another anesthesia face mask made by medical PVC with inflatable cuff, it is more popular than the traditional anesthesia face mask.
Typically, face masks are made from a clear plastic or rubber that allows the patient's mouth and nose to be seen so that foreign material (e.g., vomitus, blood) and condensation may be observed. Many different connectors of various materials, shapes, and with or without sample ports attach the face mask to the anesthesia circuit, continuing to connect to the anesthesia machine.
The most appropriate anesthesia face mask for a child spans vertically from the bridge of the nose to just below the lower lip, without compressing the nasal passages. It should contain the least volume (i.e., dead space) possible. The pediatric face mask should be constructed with a clear (nonlatex) plastic that allows recognition of cyanosis, the condensation of exhaled gas, and the pres
laryngeal airway mask
Ambu laryngeal masks
laryngeal mask airway (LMA) — also known as laryngeal mask — is a medical device that keeps a patient's airway open during anaesthesia or unconsciousness. It is a type of supraglottic airway device.
A laryngeal mask is composed of an airway tube that connects to an elliptical mask with a cuff which is inserted through the patient's mouth, down the windpipe, and once deployed forms an airtight seal on top the glottis (unlike tracheal tubes which pass through the glottis) allowing a secure airway to be managed by a health care provider.
A laryngeal mask has an airway tube that connects to an elliptical mask with a cuff. The cuff can either be of the inflating type (achieved after insertion using a syringe of air), or self-sealing. Once inserted correctly (and the cuff inflated where relevant) the mask conforms to the anatomy with the bowl of the mask facing the space between the vocal cords. After correct insertion, the tip of the laryngeal mask sits in the throat against the muscular valve that is located at the upper portion of the esophagus.
Endotracheal tube
Endotracheal tube are supraglottic airway devices created as alternatives to tracheal intubation or mask ventilation.
They are latex free, and are easy to insert resulting in minimal airway trauma. Both cuffs are inflated from a single source. These airways are designed for positive pressure ventilation
as well as for spontaneously breathing patients, thereby allowing maximum versatility as an airway management tool.Securing the airway is one of the major aspects for a successful resuscitation. In the current guidelines of the European Resuscitation Council (ERC) the Laryngeal Tube has been included as an additional device for airway management in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Consists of a curved tube with ventilation apertures located between two inflatable cuffs. Both cuffs are inflated using a single valve/pilot balloon. The distal cuff is designed to seal while
the proximal cuff is intended to seal the oropharynx. Attached to the proximal end of the tube is a 15mm connector for attachment to a standard breathing circuit or resuscitation bag. Consistently
achieving a ventilatory seal of 30cm H20 or higher. Disposable Laryngeal Tube with Suction Port (LTS-D) similar to the LTD however, the LTS-D features a curved, double-lumen tube with separate paths for ventilation and access to the stomach.
The exclusive anatomically-shaped distal tip and cuff assist in the airway's passage behind the larynx and into the normally collapsed esophagus.
Significantly reduces the potential for regurgitation to pass the cuff, thereby reducing the chance for aspiration.
Epistaxis Balloon Catheter
Epistaxis may be due to bleeding from the anterior or posterior nasal passage. Anterior bleeding is much more common, but posterior bleeding is more dangerous and is managed differently; thus, identifying the site of bleeding is critical. Epistaxis that persists without an evident anterior nasal source is most often caused by a posterior bleeding site.
Posterior bleeding is sometimes controlled using topical vasoconstrictors. If not, it usually requires treatment with tamponade. Historically, gauze packing was used but balloon tamponade is easier to do and more comfortable to the patient and thus is usually preferred. Some balloons can occlude both the anterior and posterior nasal cavity simultaneously.
Posterior nasal packing is very uncomfortable. Intravenous sedation and analgesia are often needed and hospitalization is often required. Applying a cardiac monitor and pulse oximetry is strongly recommended.
These are only some samples on medical with inflatable cuffs (air balloons). as you can see, they are all on Respiratory. they both with an inflatable balloon made by blow molding. the inflatable cuff (air balloon) is important. without this inflatable cuff, the medical is useless. we can also find some other medical products with this air balloon. lets check:
Artificial Urinary sphincter
The artificial urinary sphincter is an implantable device equipped with an inflatable cuff that fits around the urethra.
This cuff replaces the natural sphincter that has been compromised by removal of the prostate and prevents urine leakage associated with stress urinary incontinence. The patient is able to control the opening and closing of the urethra through a small pump that is implanted in the scrotum. The cuff is fully inflated and closed at rest, allowing for storage of urine in the bladder and prevent urine leakage. When the pump is activated, it opens the cuff around the urethra and urine is emptied from the bladder.
Surgical placement of an artificial urinary sphincter is typically reserved for men who have failed other treatments for stress urinary incontinence. Your doctor can discuss the benefits and risks of the surgery with you to help you make the most informed decision.
