How you always wrap your pallets with film?

Some factories do the job by worker, hold the film and walk around the pallet to finish the wrapping.While other factories, they have a lot of pallets to be wrapped, so they have to use machine instead of workers.Most pallet wrapper in market use a turntable, together with the up and down moving of a film carriage, they can finish the wrapping faster and better than manual.Always there is a limit for the pallet weight since the turntable has a weight limit.

Sunpack XT-4510 model robot pallet wrapper solved the weight limit problem. XT-4510 without a turntable, so it's not so sensitive for the cargo weight,you can just put your heavy pallets on a flat ground, our wrapper will detect the cargo and wrap around it.

XT-4510 pallet wrapper works just like a human beings. Walking surround the pallet and finish the wrapping, the difference is: XT-4510 walks much more faster than workers, the maximum walking speed is 60 m/min. With two 100 AH batteries, XT-4510 can work continuously for 10 to 12 hours, the charging time is also around 10-12 hours, and the charging loop count is 350 times. It's really high efficiency.
