The future of inside diameter greasing is here!
Revolutionize your production with our unique rotary greasing units RBE02 & RBE03
Distributing greases and other lubricants evenly and efficiently in small internal diameters is a problem that many mechanical engineers and technicians have to deal with on a daily basis. That is why we at D+P, Dosier- und Prüftechnik GmbH have developed exactly the right solution: The rotary greasing units RBE02 and RBE03.
Our RBEs are designed so that even inner diameters of 5 millimetres can be greased without contact, with low carry-over and material efficiency. The units consist of an elongated shaft through which an inner shaft runs, which is rotated at high speed by the built-in motor. The lubricant is conveyed via a feed channel through the shaft to the so-called rotor head, which is located at the tip of the rotating inner shaft. The rotor heads are shaped differently, have different perforations and can be replaced manually like a simple attachment. With the help of the centrifugal force generated by the rotational movement and the movement of the RBE through the body to be wetted, the lubricant is evenly distributed on the outer walls of the inner diameter.
For optimum integration into the process, we recommend ensuring the material supply via our PDV03/04 proportional dosing valves - this way, you guarantee a consistant material quantity for all doses. Both the RBEs and the PDVs are controlled by our flexible system interface - the DS03 dosing controller.
We offer two different rotary greasing units - RBE02 and RBE03. The RBE02 is the standard version of our rotary greasing unit. The RBE03 is smaller and - thanks to the hollowed-out inner shaft - has a narrower shaft to ensure that even the narrowest inner diameters (from 5 millimetres) are greased across the entire surface and in a material- and time-efficient manner. A standard rotor head is included in the scope of delivery of both RBEs. Of course, we are happy to carry out dosing tests on request and develop exactly the right rotor head for your application.
