V215/V315 Precision Thermometer with E-ink (paper white) display

Dostmann electronic GmbH, a specialist in temperature measurment, releases two new probe thermometers which allow particularly precise temperature measurements. Measurement uncertainties of 50mK are achieved.

The high-contrast E-ink display always aligns horizontally, independent of device orientation.

Depending on selected display mode, additional information is shown along with current temperature. The probe tip is reduced in diameter and thus ensures a fast response time along with minimized thermal interference with the medium under measurement.

The device is operated by two buttons. A menu option allows the user to set the unit (°C/°F), display resolution (0.1/0.01), Max-Min-Avg display, and activate the auto-off function.

The instrument is powered by two standard 1.5V AA batteries. A battery status warns of required battery replacement after a life cycle of approx. 500 hours.

The instruments are suitable for all precise temperature measurements, as well as a replacement for mechanical ASTM thermometers in the petrochemical industry.

Package includes a high-quality carrying case and also holds instructions and a calibration certificate for the measurement points of 0°C, 75°C, and 150°C. Custom calibration certificates can be provided upon request.

Probe lengths of 215 and 315 mm are available. Measurement rate is 0.5 seconds.
