Druck reaches finals of MX Manufacturing Awards in a record FOUR categories 2023

Druck make it to the finals!

I am delighted to reveal that Druck has been nominated as finalists in four categories, including one individual award at the 2023 UK Manufacturing MX Awards!

What’s more, we are the only company that has achieved as many as four nominations!

We have been shortlisted for the following:

• Achieving Customer Value

• Leadership & Strategy

• Product Innovation & Design

• Young Manufacturer of the Year - Callie Lindsay

The Manufacturing MX Awards is an annual event, with a 50-year heritage and regarded as a gold standard for manufacturing excellence in UK Industry. Reaching the finals of these fiercely contested awards is a huge achievement and reflects the outstanding talent that we have across our business.

The Manufacturing MX Awards partners with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers IMechE, which is over 175 years old, and founded by George Stephenson, the inventor of the steam locomotive. More than 40 of Britain’s top manufacturing companies have made it through to the finals of the UK’s largest and most rigorous industry awards

programme.

We now go through a series of on-site interviews, which are judged by an external panel of industry experts. Our very own Colin Guttridge will be part of the panel reviewing the supply chain excellence nominations (and in case anyone asks, no we have not received a shortlist nomination for this category!) Winners will be announced at a glittering ceremony at the Exhibition Centre in Liverpool on November 15.

In 2022, we were runners up in the Manufacturer of the Year. Let’s hope we can pick up a winner’s trophy this time…
