Druck IO624-LPA Low Pressure Accessory

Fully automated low‑pressure calibration for demanding applications

Druck’s IO624‑LPA is an advanced low pressure accessory that transforms the PV624 and DPI620G into a fully automated low‑pressure calibration system. It delivers precise, repeatable pressure generation and control up to ±500 mbar (50 kPa/7.25 psi) with a 12-month uncertainty of 0.05%.

Ideal for the calibration of differential pressure gauges and process transmitters on a manifold, Druck’s IO624-LPA excels with large volume applications where speed and stability are required.

When used with the PV624 Pressure Controller and DPI620G Calibrator, the IO624-LPA delivers fast, stable, and repeatable low pressure calibration without manual pumping. Beyond this range, the PV624 seamlessly operates in hybrid mode, extending calibration capability up to 20 bar (2 MPa/300 psi) while maintaining the same platform and workflow.

Key features:

Automated low pressure control: Fully automatic generation and control to ±500 mbar (50 kPa/7.25 psi) when used with PV624 + DPI620G + PM620LP.
Hybrid high‑pressure operation: Manual pressurisation with PV624 up to 20 bar (2 MPa/300 psi), with automatic control during vent‑down when used with PV624 + DPI620G + PM620.
Genii ecosystem: Works seamlessly with DPI620G, PV624 and PM620 series pressure modules, providing electrical, pressure, RTD, thermocouple and HART calibration on one system.
Protection for sensitive low pressure devices — Automatic pump technology prevents accidental overpressure during delicate low pressure tasks.
All‑day battery performance — Rechargeable Li‑ion battery supports extended field and workshop operation.

Applications overview:

Low pressure calibration ±500 mbar (50 kPa/7.25 psi)
Differential pressure gauges (e.g. magnehelic): Filter monitoring, HVAC systems, cleanrooms, hoods, exhausts and airflow dust collection.
Low pressure transmitters (e.g. RTX2000): Room pressurisation, duct static pressure, AHU balancing and process ventilation control.
Cleanroom and containment monitoring: Room‑to‑room cascades, isolators, gloveboxes and containment suites

Process & HVAC pressure tasks (up to 500 mbar/50 kPa/7.25 psi)

HEPA/ULPA filter differential pressure monitoring and clogging detection
Room pressure control, zoning and stairwell pressurisation
Duct pressure measurement, fan performance verification and VAV system calibration

Semiconductor and vacuum‑related tasks

Positive pressure cascades and mini‑environments
Rough/foreline vacuum, load‑lock and pre‑vacuum stages in the mbar to hundreds of mbar range.
