With the new ORION control system our most advanced model of the floor stand line available in two standard dimensions the cdv-5 and 6.

With a modern design we have an outstanding knowledge of manufacturing large acrylic vacuum chambers and we can manufacture them to custom specifications

Our CDV model is a packaging leak tester that offers great value to the customer at a competitive price

1- cylinders assist in the convenient and safe access to the vacuum chamber

2- the lid has rounded corners and edges

3- the centimeter gauge helps to accurately determine the liquid level during immersion tests

4- the interior acrylic plate keeps the packages under water

5- the draining system provides for complete purge of the liquid from the chamber without splashing or staining the operator

It is possible to register up to 40 users with password protected access

+ Quick test will allow you to enter the time and vacuum level

+ Transportation tests will simulate the effects caused by changes in altitude when transporting your packages ORION will automatically calculate the required vacuum level as soon as the altitude of the destination and the packaging site are determined

+Leak test will allow you to access the library of up to 99 test recipes each with four programmable time and vacuum stages by clicking on the recipe name ORION will load the corresponding test parameters it is possible to automate the selection of the recipe using a barcode scanner at the end of each test ORION will save the results on a spreadsheet and file them directly on the SD card through this interface it is also possible to update or install new applications
