Precautions before installing fiber laser cutting machine

1. Check the parts before installation

Our staff first checked whether the machine is complete or not. If any parts are lost or damaged during transportation, we will contact the factory in time to resend them.

2. Check the flatness of the floor

In order not to affect the use, the installation foundation of the equipment is required to be flat. The height difference between each part shall not exceed 10mm. Therefore, the staff can use steel plates or iron plates to level uneven places.

3. Check the environment of the plant

There are precision parts inside the fiber laser cutting machine. To prevent the temperature from affecting it, the ambient temperature around the device is 10-40 degrees. And after turning off the device, the temperature must not drop below 4 degrees. If the temperature does not meet the requirements, the operator can install an air conditioner to heat up or cool down.
