Recently, our technicians went to Ecuador to provide customers with professional machine debugging on site.

This Ecuadorian client specializes in electrical design, installation and maintenance: industrial, residential and commercial scale electrical projects.

DXTECH technicians recently rushed to the factory in Ecuador. ​

The Ecuadorian client is engaged in manufacturing. As a manufacturer in the construction industry, the customer’s plasma cutting machine could no longer meet the customer’s cutting needs, so he purchased an FPT plate and tube integrated laser cutting machine from DXTECH. Our sales and engineers introduced the machine and how to operate it in detail, during which they had multiple phone and video calls. The customer was so pleased with the machine’s capabilities that our sales staff sent dozens of emails and videos demonstrating how to use the software to control the machine to create a perfect finished product.

However, since the large machine was purchased from another location, the customer had great doubts about how to install and use the machine. Therefore, DXTECH technicians decided to rush to the Ecuador factory to install and train them, and also paid return visits to other customers in Ecuador.

The technicians explained the manufacturing process of laser cutting equipment to customers in detail, installed the machine for customers, and demonstrated every step from raw material preparation to cutting head assembly, laser installation, equipment debugging, etc. from raw materials to finished products. Finally, the customer was explained how to operate and use the machine in a standardized manner, and the customer personally operated DXTECH’s laser cutting equipment. They spoke highly of the high efficiency and high precision of the laser cutting machine and learned to skillfully operate this fiber laser cutting machine.
