CCK-25/519e, CLIMATIC CHAMBER WITH SPECIAL AIR FLOW DESIGN
FOR ELECTRICAL POWER TRANSFORMERS
In many cases the samples do not allow the correct passage of air to be able to condition them, due to their size, geometry, sample support, etc. This is when our engineering and design comes into play, analysing the best air flow option and redesigning the chambers in such a way as to guarantee homogeneity and uniformity, as well as meeting the needs of gradients and temperature and humidity ranges.
As in the case of our CCK-25/519e model, a system designed for power electronic components with a total weight of up to 250 kg and racks mounted on a fairly solid sample holder structure, which prevented air from passing through. The chamber was redesigned in terms of airflow, manufactured with a reinforced floor and always complying with the customer's gradient specifications, taking into account a maximum dissipation of 4 kW and 130 kg of steel.
