Once again, our client, a renowned manufacturer of automotive lighting systems, contacted us to supply a new climate test chamber. But this time, they needed something more specialized: a cubic design that would allow them to place a model with the lighting installed in vehicle position for climate testing.

The requirements were:
• Custom interior design.
• Temperature range between -70°C and +150°C.
• Relative humidity control.
• Cooling and heating gradients of 6 K/min.
• Reinforced structure.
• Large, highly transparent glass.

OUR SOLUTION: A climate test chamber with a space tailored to the client's needs. A system designed with a cubic interior volume of 1300 x 1300 x 1300 mm (H x W x D). With a temperature range from -70°C to +150°C, heating and cooling rates of 6 K/min, and relative humidity control between 10% and 98%, this unit features two access-ports, mechanical locks with security keys, a reinforced floor, reinforced trays, exterior lighting, and a large, highly transparent glass panel. And of course, our signature blue totem with a large status light houses our advanced control system.
