WHEN YOU NEED A CLIMATE CHAMBER FOR LARGE-VOLUME STABILITY TESTING WITHOUT COMPROMISING MOBILITY

A major European university was looking for a large-volume stability testing chamber capable of testing two pallets of packaged pharmaceutical products with a total weight of up to two tons. The pallets could reach a height of 1800 mm, necessitating a large chamber. However, the client also required a mobile system that would allow them to relocate the chamber as needed.

The required specifications were:
-Testing capacity for two European pallets
-Transportable design
-Capacity to condition up to 2,000 kg of samples.
-Temperature control from +5°C to +60°C
-Relative humidity control with dew points from 2.7°C to +45°C.
-Reinforced structure to support over 2,000 kg.

OUR SOLUTION: A MODUBLOC climate chamber, CCKMB-0/10500. A modular, mobile chamber thanks to its base structure. The interior dimensions of 2300 x 3000 x 1520 mm (H x W x D) allow for the storage of two full pallets, with a reinforced, high-support floor. A double-leaf door provides full access to the testing area. All of this is controlled by an advanced control system compliant with ICH guidelines.
