Vacuum belt, suction belt

This vacuum belt serves conveying of thin material such as plastic films, paper, and metal foils.

Belt is made from tensile type stainless steel.

Thickness is 0.2 to 0.3mm.

The belt in the picture is 320mm wide.

Width 300 out of 320mm is suction area that is occupied by vacuum holes.

Hole diameter is 0.7mm.

Vacuume belt surface can be covered with teflon coating, for example to eliminate reflection of metal, black coating can be done.
