EIDE offers a wide range of pneumatic toothed clutches for applications where high torque is required but not much space is available.
Toothed clutches are compact elements with great capacity to transmit torque. Normally, they work at a pressure of 5.5 bar.
Toothed clutches are perfect for transmissions where transfer of motion must occur without slippage.
The standard tooth arrangement is for random operation but a specific tooth can be manufactured to maintain synchronism between the driver and the driven.
Optionally, a detection disc can be mounted to know the state of the clutch.
