Connections and hoses available in inch sizes starting in January

BASICLINE expanded for local requirements in the USA and China

Eisele continues the international orientation of its product spectrum by expanding series 14 of the BASICLINE connections. The push-in connections featuring a release sleeve will additionally be manufactured with R and NPT threads as well as hose connections in inch sizes. Compatible hoses will round out the product line.

For several years already Eisele has continuously developed its position as a global supplier of solid metal connection components. An important milestone was set last year with the founding of the US subsidiary Eisele Connectors, Inc. in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Eisele’s presence in China is also firmly established. Success in the global market, of course, also requires a product portfolio that fulfils all of the local standards. In addition to G threads with an enclosed O-ring or VS seal ring, NPT threads with an FDA-compliant PTFE coating with PU content are also used for the construction of machines and systems especially in the USA. Coated R threads are widely used in China.

Available starting in January

The standard connections and throttle valves from series 14 of the Eisele BASICLINE will therefore also be available with NPT and R threads and with hose connections in inch sizes. The time-proven push-in connections of the series 14 feature a release sleeve and a seal to allow convenient connection and disconnection of the hoses; the function of the robust and durable release sleeve is not impaired by impurities such as weld spatter.

The hoses offered will include ProWeld, PU and hydraulic hoses in standard ¼, ½ und ⅜ inch sizes. Starting January 2016, all articles from series 14 will be available in the USA in the corresponding inch sizes. Eisele is expanding the product spectrum to serve the requirements of the local markets and to make the advantages of its solid metal connections available to all users.
