Stainless steel check valves - INOXLINE with new versions for demanding applications

Eisele offers check valves and quick-release connectors with a check valve not only in versions made of brass and nickel-plated brass, but now also of stainless steel 1.4404.

Check valves and quick-release connectors of non-corrosive and acid-resistant stainless steel from the Eisele INOXLINE are ideal for use in the compressed air systems of hygiene-sensitive applications in the food and pharma industries. These connectors withstand even harsh and corrosive operating conditions, for a long service life. The check valves ensure the free flow of compressed air in one direction. They open at a specified operating pressure, while the flow in the opposite direction is blocked.

Enclosed O-rings for a reliable seal

As opposed to the brass version, the outer threads of the check valves are equipped with enclosed O-rings of FPM (Viton), which ensure a particularly reliable seal. The check valves have inner threads on the inlet side and outer threads on the outlet side or vice versa. They are also available optionally with two inner or outer threads. The three thread diameters of 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch cover the standard requirements of industry and the skilled trades.

Quick-release connectors of stainless steel also available

The version featuring a valve seat with an FPM seal is suitable for both compressed air and fluids. The working pressure range is from 0.5 to 16 bar. The check valves are suitable for use at temperatures between -20 and +120 °C.

The check valves are supplemented by a stainless steel quick-release connector with 1/4 inch outer threads that is suitable for air with a pressure of up to 10 bar. The same applies to the corresponding push-on nipples. The quick-release connector is available with or without two-sided shut-off.
