Eisele presents stainless steel connection technology, from plug-type connectors to multiple connectors

Eisele INOXLINE connections and the MULTILINE E, an innovative modular kit system for multiple connectors, provide connection components for reliable process technology in demanding environments. With its solid metal connections made of stainless steel 1.4404, the Waiblingen-based company will target the pharmaceutical and food industries.

The latest additions to the Eisele INOXLINE are check valves and quick-release connectors made of non-corrosive and acid-resistant stainless steel. They are ideal for use in the compressed air systems of hygiene-sensitive applications in the food and pharma industry. These connectors withstand even harsh and corrosive operating conditions, for a long service life. The check valves ensure the free flow of compressed air in one direction. They open at a specified operating pressure, while the flow in the opposite direction is blocked. The INOXLINE also includes components designed with no dead zones or joints where product residue can accumulate.

MULTILINE E - the world innovation

Eisele has further expanded its modular system for multiple connectors: in cooperation with Murrelektronik, the MULTILINE ADAPTIVE has been further developed to create the MULTILINE E. The unique adaptive inserts of the new product line can also be equipped with connections for electrical technology. In addition to combined concepts for different control lines, complete solutions are also possible for electrical and electronic connections. For integration of the E-connectors Eisele optimised the design of the base body, which can be manufactured of stainless steel or anodised aluminium. The E-connector line currently comprises the widely used and standardised M12 round connectors in different constructions for diverse applications. Options include A-coding, Cube6, Profibus, Ethernet and three to twelve pins. The Eisele engineers have also added a version of the M12 power connector for power electronics up to 630 volts.
