WASHING PLANT, SPRAYING LINE & TREATMENT FURNACE

WASHING PLANT: 3 stage, 5 stage or 6 stage solutions. Washing plant is used to eliminate the dirt and the grease from the aluminium and steel surface and to create a suitable roughness on the surface before a coating application. Washing plant is consist of 304 SS made tunnel and tanks, dry off oven, cooling tunnel and a belt conveyor line through all the line, made by 304 SS.
SPRAYING LINE: Automatic spraying line designed according to required capacity for all non-stick spraying applications e.g. Ptfe, Ceramica, Granite, Silicon and enamel. Spraying line consists of; spraying booths, primer drying oven, cooling tunnel and and a floor conveyor line with rotating spindles. Type of the booths are water curtain or dry filter depend on the needs of the project.
TREATMENT FURNACE: It is continiıus belt type oven, designed to cure non-stick coated parts in 300-580 Degree depend on the needs of the operation. The system consists of furnace, cooling tunnel and belt conveyor line. Oven inner side is made by SS 304 and insulated well to provide economic solution for high temperatures. Conveyro line of oven is also made by SS 304. Heating source of the oven can ve electrical or gas.
