ELESA introduces a wide range of components designed for medical equipment, precision instruments and rehabilitation and disability aids. Clean, SAN, Soft-touch and INOX lines meet the needs of all those sectors for whom attention to cleaning, surfaces disinfection and the use of corrosion-resistant materials are essential.

CLEAN line components have been specially designed for medical and hospital equipment. The smooth surface with glossy finish and RAL 9002 white colour are particularly suitable for healthcare environments and facilitate cleaning operations. The compact and cavity-free shape of components prevents dirt, dust and deposit of processing residues. INOX AISI 303 or 304 inserts are also corrosion-resistant.

SAN line was born from the need of avoiding the development and the growth of harmful bacteria and microbes in environments subjected to extensive hygienic requirements. SAN components are made in a special technopolymer which contains antimicrobial additives (mixture of silver ions on an inorganic ceramic base without chemicals, antibiotics or pesticides) to offer adequate protection in public environments and hospitals.

SOFT-TOUCH line components are designed for a wide range of applications: from fitness equipment, to use on machinery employed in less than ideal environmental conditions, and for equipment used for rehabilitation and disability. The coating in thermoplastic elastomer is certified accordingly to FDA (Food and Drugs Administration) directives and guarantees a safe and comfortable handling, even in suboptimal condition of use.

INOX line products are ideal for applications where provisions of law make it mandatory to use special corrosion-resistant materials (food, pharmaceutical and chemical). The components are made in technopolymer with AISI 303, 304 or 316 stainless steel inserts, or entirely in stainless steel.
