Magnetic measuring system MPI-R10

The magnetic system MPI-R10 is made of technopolymer with a polyamide base reinforced with glass fiber in black color and matte finish. Consisting of a retaining flap, patented by Elesa, in acetal-based technopolymer black colored with a matte finish as well and at last a faceplate with polycarbonate keyboard resistant to fats, oils, alcohols and mineral acids.

MPI-R10 measuring system connected to a specific sensor FC-MPI, combined with the magnetic band M-BAND-10, is a complete system for the measurement of linear and angular displacement. Characterised by an extremely easy assembly, it allows precise alignment and positioning, reducing time and machining procedures to the minimum.

MPI-R10 presents a new design and more compact dimensions (mm 72x37), a long-life internal lithium battery (4 years) with buffered memory during battery substitution. A multifunctional LCD display with 7 digits and special characters (12 mm high) that allow, through 4 multifunction keys, excellent visibility of the programmable values.

The second component of the system is the magnetic sensor with cable FC-MPI, in die-cast zinc. The cable is connected to the display by a snap assembly that facilitates insertion and guarantees correct connection even in the presence of vibrations or accidental tears.

The last component is the magnetic band M-BAND-10 which is made of two separate parts: the magnetic band and the cover strip.
