Components for conveyors

ELESA conveyor components allow the construction of support structures for production lines across diverse industrial sectors, such as bottling, packaging and material handling.

Elesa now offers new roller side and central guides with rollers in technopolymer, linear guides rails also with shaped profile and a series of accessories. Bipod and tripod supports, guides rail clamps and brackets, connecting clamps, connecting clamps and self-aligning brackets, all in technopolymer complete a constantly growing range.

The lateral and central guides and the articulated lateral guides have rollers in polyethylene based (PE) technopolymer in grey color. Other colors available upon request.

The GLA (side guides) and GCA (central guides) series are available with anodized aluminum profile, acetal resin based (POM) technopolymer support and AISI 304 stainless steel pins.

The articulated side guides GLB-1 and GLB-2 are modular self-supporting structures for the side guide of products with limited vertical dimensions laterally. These guides are particularly suitable for environments subject to frequent washing or in filling areas of bottling lines.

For both standard solutions, the rollers can be shaped:

- with spherical contact area, to handle products in cans or plastic containers

- cylindrical, for guiding cardboard products, in order to offer greater smoothness

- shaped with cylindrical contact area, for handling glass products.
