CFSW. hinge with built-in safety multiple switch

The SUPER-technopolymer CFSW. hinge with built-in multiple switch is a safety device. In case of accidental opening of doors, machine protections or safety doors on machines and production equipment, it automatically breaks off the power supply.

Thanks to its housing made of SUPER-technopolymer (which combines the typical advantages of the plastic materials with the points of strength of some steels and stainless steels) the safety hinge withstands high loads, guarantees a double insulation and therefore does not need a safety connection to the electrical ground.

The four slow action electrical contacts, Zb shaped, can be set in production in the normally open NO or normally closed NC mode.

The CFSW. gained IMQ (Italy’s leading organization in conformity assessment) and UL (Underwriters Laboratories) certifications, which provide a real guarantee of product quality and functionality and certify the hinge compliance to the safety requirements of international standards in force in most industrialised countries.

Thanks to the protection class IP67 and the use of stainless steel elements for closing the hinge body, the hinge can withstand frequent severe water jet washings and can be used in any situation or environment where a special care for cleaning and hygiene is required.

Limited size, different assembly and output options (cable/connector) make this product easy to install on the most common aluminium profiles (30 mm minimum wide).
