HCK-GL by ELESA: the column level indicator with compact design for glycol-based solutions

HCK-GL has been studied, designed and patented by Elesa S.p.A. in order to guarantee the best performance in several applications in which it is necessary to monitor fluid level of hydraulic systems that can also contain chemical aggressive agents, such as glycol-based solutions.

The ELESA original design is compact and essential. This product is composed by two black assembly ends in polyamide based technopolymer, a transparent tube in PYREX®* glass, an aluminium support and a transparent front protection in polycarbonate.

The peculiarity of this product is the modularity. The single components placed between the two assembly ends can be provided with standard lengths or with special lengths up to 1500 mm.

It is also possible to combine the tube in PYREX®* glass with the NBR rubber O-Rings and the zinc-plated steel screws, or with the FKM type VITON®** special synthetic rubber O-Rings and the AISI 303 stainless steel screws.

To complete the range, SLCK kit is also available. Thanks to this kit, HCK-GL column level indicators provide - beyond a visible control of the fluid level – an electric signal when the fluid reaches the level of preset intervention. Depending on the different needs, it is possible to apply more than one kit to get the electric control of different fluid levels.

Thanks to all these characteristics, HCK-GL – combined with SLCK kit - has been awarded as best product in the category “Automatic process control systems with air and hydraulic elements” at HaPeS, the International Fair of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Control and Drives held in Katowice - Poland, in October 2014.

Elesa will exhibit at “Hannover Messe” its wide selection of accessories for hydraulic systems in Hall 21 – D03 stand, and its whole range of products for industrial machines, including the latest new products, in Hall 5 – E13 stand.
