ELMETHERM – OVENS FOR TECHNOLOGICAL AND FRAGILE PRODUCTS

Elmetherm has designed, produced and implemented a containing about twenty trays including conveyors for the transfer and curing of a polymer substrat between two flat glasses for the building industry. The parts measure 3m x 1,70 m and are 1.2 mm thin ( !!). Every piece of glass weighs 5 kgs. Thus a very fragile product to manipulate, to convey and to process. Elmetherm developed a custom to ensure the secure handling.
