Meeting Any Motion Control Challenge

17 February 2015, Petach Tikva, Israel – Elmo Motion Control, a leading provider of advanced and cost-effective motion control solutions will exhibit a compelling demonstration revealing strength, intelligence and accuracy of a NANO servo drive at Intec 2015, Exhibition Centre Leizpig, Germany, Hall 2, Booth #D39, February 24-27, 2015.

We invite you to check out Elmo''s powerful demonstration of the revolutionary Gold Twitter, the tiny smart servo drive operating a 4000 watt motor. Weighing just 18 grams and less than 13 cm3 in volume, the Gold Twitter delivers qualitative power using up to 50A and up to 200V with advanced servo capabilities and support for EtherCAT or CANopen networking communication. The Gold Twitter is STO safety compliant.

Elmo will also present the Gold Drum servo drive (RJ-45 and/or D-type with EtherCAT/ EtherCAT with optional switches) that delivers up to 9,600 watts of continuous power and 11,200 watts of peak power. Gold Drum drives are designed for use with any type of sinusoidal and trapezoidal commutation with vector control. They operate as a stand-alone device or as part of a multi-axis system in a distributed configuration on a real-time network. Gold Drum is compliant with international safety and EMC standards and has STO certification.

Elmo''s durable series of Gold Line servo drives will be on exhibit. These servo drives provide the highest density of power up to 65 kW of outstanding performance, intelligent motion functions; the ability to handle all feedback; and UL and IEC 61800 certification to 800 VDC and 530 VAC. Easily set up and tuned using Elmo Application Studio II (EASII) software, Gold servo drives operate as a single or multi-axis control solution in a distributed configuration real-time network.
