Flame-retardant elements for seat heaters

Seat heaters primarily provide more comfort and well-being for the user. However, there are numerous applications where a high level of safety is just as important. In aviation, for example, there are standardized specifications that require the use of special materials. For one of our customer projects, we therefore use flame-retardant textiles and components.
For the electrical heating element, the heating wire is sewn onto the Fireblocker carrier material made of aramide fabric using aramide yarn. The factory cable feed for plug connections or for the installation of controllable switches - as well as the feed line for the power supply - simplify the installation at the customer's site.
