In industrial 3D printing, the success of a part always starts with the build plate.

The Strateo3D DUAL600 Series 2 features a large-format borosilicate glass build plate (600 × 420 mm), designed to ensure:
- High flatness across the entire surface
- Consistent dimensional stability
- Excellent resistance to thermal shock

Borosilicate glass is known for maintaining its mechanical properties even under significant temperature variations, resulting in well-controlled first layers and consistent print quality, even for large parts.

The build plate is also heated up to 140 °C, enabling:
- Optimal adhesion for technical materials
- A significant reduction in warping, even on large parts
- More reliable prints during long production runs

Magnetic, interchangeable, and easy to clean, it is perfectly suited for demanding materials such as ABS, ASA, PC, Nylon, and composite filaments.
