We are excited to announce the successful development, construction, and production of a cutting-edge 3-axis positioning system for a client overseas. This system was designed for an impressive load capacity of 16 tons and offers remarkable positioning accuracy of just 0.3 mm.

The lifting system is specifically designed for use in a wind turbine test station and features a robust steel construction that withstands high vibrations. With a natural frequency of over 33 Hz, generated by an electric clamping system, it guarantees maximum stability during tests.

Furthermore, the system includes a comprehensive control unit with a user-friendly touchscreen. Different speeds and automatic position control allow for flexible adjustment to the needs of the test station.
