ErreDue’s pure Nitrogen generators provide high brightness cut

During 2019 edition of Lamiera Exhibition, ErreDue - a company that designs, builds and markets a complete range of solutions for the generation and purification of gases - has focused on two products for the laser cutting industry and the metal heat treatment: NitroBox and Saturn Nitrogen generators.

Both supply very high purity nitrogen - up to 99.9999% - responding to the industry need to have a gas able to avoid even the slightest oxidation of the part that has to to be cut.

Thanks to the integrated purifier, Saturn produces on his own hyperpure nitrogen (residual oxygen ≤ 5 ppm), which is then compressed and stored in containers at 45 bar pressure or in cylinder packs up to 300 bar pressure. The high purity of the nitrogen allows to cut any metal thickness.

NitroBox is a compact and simple plug & play solution for on-site production of nitrogen under pressure, for those applications where is required a very high purity of the gas.

As a plug & play solution, NitroBox is designed to be easily loaded and unloaded, moved, brought into position with a forklift and plugged to the mains power for immediate use.

Furthermore, ErreDue commercial proposal is oriented to the customer: all ErreDue generators are also available to acquire on leasing with the possibility of a redemption payment, in any period of the rental and with recovery of a significant percentage of the rental paid. The rental fee includes the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance services.
