Management Change at esitron-electronic GmbH in Friedrichshafen, Lake Constance, Germany
Saurabh Basu and Dennis Raiser new CEO's
With effect from May 1st, 2022, Mr. Saurabh Basu and Mr. Dennis Raiser have taken over the management of esitron-electronic Gmbh. Founded in 1989, the specialist for automation and servomotor control technology has thus been handed over to the next generation and will continue along its successful path with the new management.
The company headquarters in Friedrichshafen at the lake of Constance, Germany as well as all known contact partners in purchasing, sales, service, and support remain unchanged.
When asked about the company’s future plans Saurabh Basu said: “We feel blessed and humbled to be able to lead and define the future of a company with innovative products and solutions at the foundation of which is a team par excellence.” Dennis Raiser adds: "All-in-one solutions, high-performance, high-precision and adaptable configurations enable us to respond quickly and individually to customer requests. Our products serve a wide range of applications in sectors that vary from the food industry to wood processing to drilling as well as vacuum coating technology.”
In the future, the new management-duo will continue to drive a laser focus on product development in order to expand esitron’s diverse product portfolio.
Other focus areas are investments in IT and ERP systems to enhance internal digital processes. "The expansion of product development and simulation software is paramount in achieving shorter go-to-market times", said Mr. Basu. At the same time, the new management wants to attract fresh talent into the organization. A strong collaboration with regional universities in order to foster young talent in Electronics and IT via internships, apprenticeships and Dual-Study programs is a major goal for the next 12 months.
Introducing Saurabh Basu:
As a true cosmopolitan with study and work experience on 3 continents, Saurabh Basu combines broad professional experience in multiple industries with a high cultural quotient. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pune, India, and his Masters (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, USA. After spending 3 years working at the Mahindra Group in India, his professional career in Germany began in the picturesque region of Lake Constance (Bodensee) at BorgWarner Inc and Allweiler GmbH, (CIRCOR International Inc.). He worked in multiple roles including Supply Chain Director and Plant Manager.
Broad Management experience of up to 500 employees, process improvements, especially in production and material management, and a strong financial acumen are some of his strengths.
At esitron, Mr. Basu will be responsible for Operations and Finance and intends to build a culture of Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) at esitron.
"At home, my two children keep me on the toes, and my wife is the boss", says Mr. Basu.
Introducing Dennis Raiser:
Dennis Raiser's qualifications are based not only on his degree in mechanical engineering, but also his extensive professional experience. After completing his apprenticeship as an automotive technician, he went on to complete his higher studies in Mechanical Engineering. His strong technical acumen, combined with a structural approach, have led to significant contributions in engineering in the automotive and general industry. Amongst others, he developed an electrically-hydraulically controlled coolant pump for commercial vehicles (patent awarded) at BorgWarner Inc. As a project manager, first at BorgWarner and then with the Handtmann Group, Mr. Raiser has led diverse teams successfully in delivering innovative customer solutions.
At esitron, Dennis Raiser will be responsible for Engineering and Sales.

"If you can't find me at esitron or with my family, then I am most likely steaming down hill and alpine trails on my mountain bike... ride on!"
