Estic offers a wide range of handheld transducerized pulse tools in both corded and cordless options.

For Estic's corded tools, the torque range for pulse technology is 5-140Nm or 3.5-103 ft-lbs.

In the cordless tool line, the range is from 1-100Nm or 0.75-74 ft-lbs.

What makes Estic special?

Pulse: Estic pulse tools do not require any oil like many other pulse tool lines. The tools mimic a pulse by starting and stopping the motor electronically to provide a limited reaction on your application. This means that you can run down bolts up to 140Nm without a reaction bar!

Programming: Estic tools are all programmed specifically around your application, meaning all of the settings of the rundown can be adjusted to ensure accurate and precise data with each and every run down. Once you have a program running, you can rest assured that the Estic system will be fastening within your CPK limits.

Data recording: Estic is customizable to work with almost any existing MES system, with its built in Open Protocol or any one of the Fieldbus cards. Your system will be able to report all fastening data to your system to ensure traceability with all of your products as they move off line.
