The V-plow scraper made of polyurethane is designed for cleaning the non-working surface of the conveyor belts. The pressure of the spring can compensate automatically due to the abrasion gaps. Thus a uniform pressure between bar and conveyor belt is stopped. With a changing header, the V-plow offers more flexibility and no damage to the conveyor belt.
It removes the residues and water in a spiral movement. Any support structure can be adapted by versatile mounting accessories. It can be easily installed and low maintained. The header is always interchangeable. It has a long service life and brings less belt friction.
It can be used as an under-belt wiper.
It should be store in a cool, ventilated, and dry environment. Always keep it away from heat and open flame. The storage temperature is -10~40 °C for no longer than 3 years available.
