Precisely regulating the temperature of ingredients is essential for successful preparations: oil, butter, batter, chocolate... each must be stored and circulated at strictly defined temperatures depending on the product or stage of the process.
To ensure this thermal control, our heat exchangers rely on the primary water circuits available on site (one hot water circuit and one cold water circuit) to cool or heat various tanks or secondary networks as needed.
This represents a real challenge in terms of thermal and hydraulic design, as well as interfacing with the client's proprietary control system.
The food industry naturally imposes additional requirements to ensure impeccable hygiene throughout the chain (stainless steel materials, ease of maintenance, etc.) and in the vicinity of the refrigeration unit.
