Textiles for digital printing in the laser test.

eurolaser took a closer look at different variants of Mediatex®, a textile from JM Technical Textiles specially developed for digital printing. The material was tested in the application centre with regard to its properties during laser processing and achieved excellent results.

Despite the high recycled content of at least 95%, CRYLON®re, AKRYLON®re and PERSPEX® XT re offer the same outstanding properties as classically produced, extruded acrylic glass and are therefore ideal for processing with a CO2 laser. The materials from 3A Composites Display Europe were thoroughly tested in our application centre and achieved excellent results.

Bond & Detach tesa76565 is an innovative, double-sided adhesive tape and combines strong adhesion with easy removability on demand. It is ideal for permanent bonds that need to be removed again when required. We have tested the material with our new Twin Table System-XL-1600.
