Benchmark for laser cutting of acrylic

With the XL-3200, Plano Plastics has the optimum eurolaser system for processing acrylic. Thanks to the huge working area of 2,270 x 3,200 mm and the special table concept raster plate, full-size acrylic sheets between 2mm and 30mm can be processed easily, reliably, cleanly and quickly. The eurolaser system combines all the important aspects of economical acrylic processing.

Despite the high recycled content of at least 95%, CRYLON®re, AKRYLON®re and PERSPEX® XT re offer the same outstanding properties as classically produced, extruded acrylic glass and are therefore ideal for processing with a CO2 laser. The materials from 3A Composites Display Europe were thoroughly tested in our application centre and achieved excellent results.

Bond & Detach tesa76565 is an innovative, double-sided adhesive tape and combines strong adhesion with easy removability on demand. It is ideal for permanent bonds that need to be removed again when required. We have tested the material with our new Twin Table System-XL-1600.
