Shuttle process with permanent vacuum

The shuttle process makes it possible! Increase your productivity by loading on one table module while cutting on the other. Laser downtimes are avoided and efficiency is increased. Thanks to the movable material carrier, you benefit from easier access to the parts produced. A fully automatic process including shuttle process and robot connection is also possible (24/7 operation). And if you would like to work on larger workpieces, simply connect both table modules and use the entire work area.

Despite the high recycled content of at least 95%, CRYLON®re, AKRYLON®re and PERSPEX® XT re offer the same outstanding properties as classically produced, extruded acrylic glass and are therefore ideal for processing with a CO2 laser. The materials from 3A Composites Display Europe were thoroughly tested in our application centre and achieved excellent results.
