Laser cutting of VHB adhesive tapes
In order to fulfil individual and demanding customer requirements at the highest level, Röckelein relies on fast and flexible production. With the acquisition of the eurolaser M-800 and M-1600 Shuttle Table systems, Röckelein has met the special requirements for processing VHB adhesive tapes. Thanks to the non-contact processing by the laser, time-consuming work steps such as resharpening tools are no longer necessary, as no adhesive residue sticks to the laser. Further, the laser enables the production of small parts and flexible contours, guaranteeing that Röckelein always fulfils customer requirements.
