Profibus driver for stepper motors

These new Profibus'' drives can be coupled with stepper motors from 0,5 to 30 Nm and they have a power supply range from 24 to 140 Vdc, or, in AC version, from 18 to 100 Vac.

New SW1 drives have 4 fast digital inputs (5/24 Vcc), 2 digital outputs at 24 Vcc and they integrate all typical functionalities of our drives:

ŸŸŸŸ• Stall motor detecting and searching target position thanks to the encoder;

• Positioning: homing, relative, absolute, target;

• Electric gear with programmable ratios to reach external master references of speed and positioning (Profibus or incremental encoder);

• Fast inputs and outputs for the motor''s start/stop and synchronization of events for high speed response''s applications

• Possibility of synchronizing movements in multiaxle systems;

• Change on flight between movement''s modalities control.

The control through commands from master controller is suitable for multiaxle systems up to 127 drives.
