Retrofit project of the Liberty Power Plantin Pakistan

Here are we are going to introduce our Liberty Power Plant project in Pakistan with the customized model of uXcel 220V DC 250A.

Over time, the actual electrical load of this charger has far exceeded the capacity of the original design. The old components were on the verge of obsolescence, wearing out and costly to maintain. After years of high load operation, the efficiency decay is obvious, and the relevant cables and switches will heat up, with frequent tripping and power failure,which the overall safety and reliability of the system is at great risk. So there is an urgent need to replace the old machine with a new one. We custom-designed the uXcel series of chargers to improve the safety factor of electricity consumption and to provide reliable power for daily production and office work.

1.Safe and reliable: The modular design of the unit can effectively solve the heat dissipation problem of large loads,so that the charger can operate normally under high loads for a long time;

2.Customized design of communication mode: With RS 232 and Modbus RTU communication function (other communication modes can be customized).it can upload the relevant monitoring data to the backend and realize remote real-time view;

3. Flexible capacity increase: The modular design of the unit allows any combination or expansion of the charger's functions and protection, which better and conveniently meets the customer's customization needs;

4. Simplified structural design: Small size, easy to install. overhaul,dismantle, and can be quickly recovered

5.Unique appearance design: Spray RAL 7035 (other colors can be customized), not susceptible to moisture,condensation,dust,pollution,etc.， higher safety;
