Over the past twelve months, our warranty return rate has been just 0.38%*.
This result isn’t luck or marketing spin, it’s the outcome of a strict, end-to-end quality process, from product design to after-sales support.
Our method, from start to finish:
- Thoughtful design. We engineer our products with generous thermal margins and tightly controlled component lists, using only professional-grade parts.
- Qualified suppliers. We audit our partners, validate samples, and secure secondary sourcing for critical components.
- Individual testing. Every single unit undergoes a full suite of functional tests, followed by an extended burn-in before packaging.
- Batch verification. We systematically check displays and touch performance, PoE power, NFC, I/O ports, and wireless connectivity.
- Stable software. Each firmware release is regression-tested and validated before deployment.
- Full traceability. Serial number, test results, and production data are linked to every unit, enabling quick root-cause tracking if an issue arises.
- Packaging & logistics. We use drop and vibration-tested packaging, followed by pre-shipment inspections to ensure flawless delivery.
- Continuous improvement. Every return is analyzed for root cause, documented, and followed by a corrective action integrated into production.
- Committed after-sales service. Three-year warranty with one-for-one replacement, handled by our technical team based in France.
