Explosion proof heater dries tea leaves safely at low temperatures

Handpoured tea leaves go through several processing steps before we can enjoy a delicious cup of freshly made tea. One of the steps is drying the tea leaves. This is done using hot air flow. However, the tea leaves generate fine dust particles which, when airborne, may cause dust explosion hazards. To prevent this from happening, Ex-Machinery developed a special ATEX heater that dries the leaves safely with an ingenious airflow – without the risk of burning the tea leaves.
