30% Energy Savings via TANK and CPU Heat Pipe Designs: GreenCloud and Intel Co-Develop Immersion Cooling for Low-Carbon Data Centers

GreenCloud has signed a strategic cooperation intent with Intel to jointly develop an immersion cooling system based on Intel's next-generation Birch Stream platform for low-carbon data centers. Featuring innovative TANK and CPU heat pipe designs, the solution saves 30% energy versus traditional air cooling and cuts data center PUE. With nearly 100 technical patents, GreenCloud is also hosting a forum on liquid cooling in low-carbon data centers and opening its Class A (T3+) computing park for visits. EXTRCOOL offers dual-mode CDUs, manifolds, cold plates, rear door heat exchangers, dry coolers and containerized systems for high-density AI and HPC data centers.
