Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs) are the core solution for high-density data center liquid cooling, supporting both cold plate and immersion architectures. Bridging the facility water system and terminal coolant loop, CDUs circulate clean, stable coolant with an independent secondary loop that keeps supply temperature above the dew point. Liquid-to-liquid CDUs serve ultra-high-density computing, while liquid-to-air CDUs offer compact, low-cost deployment without water connections. With 50μm filters, leakage detection, redundant pumps and precise control from -20℃ to +70℃, they cut energy use and lower PUE.
