Cold Plate Liquid Cooling Architecture and Helium Leak Detection Technology Empower Next Generation AI Data Center Cooling
10⁻¹² Sensitivity and 252 UQD Pairs: Helium Detection Meets the Microchannel Cold Plate Era
Cold plate liquid cooling has become the most reliable mainstream solution for AI data centers, built on dual primary/secondary loops with CDUs, manifolds, cold plates and UQD fittings. Liquid-to-air routes suit legacy upgrades; liquid-to-liquid supports high-end clusters like GB200 NVL72. NVIDIA's Vera Rubin iteration pushes microchannel cold plates to micron-level channels. As quality assurance, helium leak detection with 10⁻¹² mbar·l/s sensitivity is mandatory for cold plates, manifolds and pipes, while UQD self-sealing connectors—108 pairs per GB200 cabinet, 252 in GB300—enable leak-free plug-and-play. EXTRCOOL provides dual-mode CDUs, manifolds, cold plates, rear-door heat exchangers, dry coolers and container units.
